Sloka Iyengar, Ph.D.
Director
Sloka Iyengar has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Neuroscience. She works as a course neuroscientist at the American Museum of Natural History, New York, and as an adjunct professor at St. Joseph's University. Sloka is an accomplished Indian classical Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer and teacher. She is passionate about relieving suffering through the sciences and the arts and presents unique programs such as the "Creative Aging Workshops" at the New York Public Library and the Indian Dance & the Brain workshop at the Sirovich Center for Balanced Living.
