Sukanya Mahadevan, a prominent performer, teacher and choreographer has been involved in this art form called ‘Bharatanatyam,’ since the age of six. She is the founder and artistic director of Shishya School of Performing Arts, in New Jersey. Classes are customized to the students skills and the teacher and school are very student centric.
